New chocolate candy factory

  • Localisation Saint-Hyacinthe, QC
  • Project cost 21M$
  • Year of achievement 2012-2013

DESCRIPTION

The project involved designing a chocolate candy facility integrating a complete production line for chocolate-coated fruit drops, including plant expansion and required services design.

The mandate included implementing raw material receiving, storage, and distribution systems, as well as developing a custom batching system tailored to process requirements.

All production equipment, including depositing, coating, and mechanization stages, was integrated into an optimized layout.

Industrial utilities, including refrigeration, steam, potable water, and effluent management, were designed to support production needs.

This chocolate candy facility stands out for its fully integrated process design, from raw materials to finished product, within an expanding industrial environment.
