DESCRIPTION
The project consisted of implementing a complete line for defrosting, extraction, infusion and drying of berries as part of a continuous operation plant modernization.
The mandate included replacing obsolete equipment with a next-generation line and integrating a complete infusion solution management process, including storage, recirculation and concentration.
All equipment, including sorting, slicing, extraction, infusion and drying, was integrated into an optimized configuration to increase production capacity and improve final product quality.
Building infrastructure, utilities and electrical systems were adapted to support the new processes while maintaining continuous operations.
This project stands out for the full integration of a berry processing line and the design of a high-performance infusion system, increasing capacity and optimizing yields.
