Sogenix est à la recherche d’un ingénieur mécanique souhaitant contribuer à des projets industriels concrets en usine, principalement dans les secteurs manufacturier et agroalimentaire.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management
  • Management of resources, budget, and schedule
  • Research, recommendation, selection, and purchasing of equipment
  • Plant layout design
  • Mechanical design
  • Planning, coordination, and supervision of plant work
  • Research, recommendation, and procurement of equipment
  • Technical writing (training documents, plant standards, scopes of work, specifications)
  • Prepare and update project documentation
  • Planning, coordination, and supervision of plant work
  • Participation in start-up, production follow-up, and continuous improvements

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Member in good standing of a professional engineering association
  • Experience in the food industry
  • Relevant experience in plant projects and applied engineering
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor
  • Strong spoken and written bilingualism (French and English)
